New York State COVID-19 and Vaccine Hotlines Update
Please be advised that the COVID-19 and Vaccine hotlines that were established to support the New York State Response to the COVID-19 pandemic will be de-mobilized, effective close of business on Friday, March 29, 2024.
The two phone numbers that will be demobilized are:
- COVID-19 Hotline [1-888-364-3065] which was established to address general questions and COVID-19 testing locations
- Vaccine Hotline [1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829)] which was established to address general questions and to support scheduling and identification of COVID-19 vaccine providers
