Immunization Clinic

Our immunization clinics are held every Tuesday from 1 PM – 4 PM and select Tuesdays from 4 PM – 6 PM (by appointment only) at our office (325 Columbia St, Suite 100, Hudson, NY 12534). At these clinics, routine child, adolescent and adult immunizations are offered. Please contact our office for appointments or for more information: 518-828-3358.
